AUTHORIZATION:

Merchandise is returnable if accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Form and a verification that products were stored according to manufacturer specifications. CuraScript Specialty Distribution reserves the right to determine the eligibility of product to be returned for credit. Returns will be processed in accordance with the return goods policy in effect at the time the product was ordered. A Return Authorization Form can be obtained by calling the Customer Service Department at 1.800.942.5999. Returns received without a Return Goods Authorization will not be eligible for credit and will be destroyed.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

SHIPPING ERRORS:
Merchandise shipped in error by CuraScript Specialty Distribution must be reported within 72 hours from date of invoice.

SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES:
The customer service department must be notified of any damages or shortages within 72 hours of delivery. CuraScript Specialty Distribution will arrange pick-up of the damaged product, freight paid.

EXPIRED AND SHORT DATED PRODUCTS:
Expired goods must be returned within six (6) months after the expiration date, unopened and unused. Customer will receive credit for expired goods equal to credit granted to CuraScript Specialty Distribution by the manufacturer, less a 15% restocking fee.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

1. Items discontinued by the manufacturer.
2. Items not returnable to the original manufacturer.
3. Open or partial containers from the original purchase sizes.
4. Products that have been written on or misbranded in anyway, product that has been repackaged or is otherwise known as distressed merchandise, or product not in the original container.
5. Expired products retained for more than six (6) months past the expiration date.
6. Controlled drugs.
7. Special ordered items (i.e., items not listed in CuraScript Specialty Distribution Products Listings).
8. Merchandise over 180 days from date of purchase.
9. Any products not purchased from CuraScript Specialty Distribution.
